4. What if I have already done all the planning - will a coordinator work for just the wedding day?

Package #1
This is the complete package with all the bells and whistles for the couple who still wants to make the decisions, but would like someone else to take care of all the time-consuming tasks. We will handle all the details necessary to plan your entire wedding. From locating the ceremony site, to packing up your wedding gifts, we will take care of virtually everything. Whether it’s because you’re short on time or you simply want the maximum amount of planning assistance, this package is ideal for you.

Package #2
This is a consultation service for those who want to take an active roll in planning their wedding, but need help getting started and keeping on track. We give assistance with many phases of your planning and recommend vendors, ceremony sites, officiants, etc. We offer advice on proper wedding protocol and etiquette, as well as assist you with invitation and meal selections. We’ll even be there on your special day to handle every detail, so you can enjoy yourself. If you want to plan your own wedding and just want some help along the way, this package is all you need.

Package #3
This package is for the couple that wants a wedding day director. We will confirm with all of your wedding vendors beforehand, direct the rehearsal, and be your personal assistant for the entire day. If you have already planned your dream wedding and need someone to handle every detail on your wedding day, this package is perfect for you.

Package #4
Some couples only need assistance with certain aspects of their wedding planning. Any of the services you see listed in any of our packages can be purchased individually or added to a different package for an additional hourly rate.
